We have a variety of programs for every type of person with any type of goal...

Personal Training
If a private setting is what you prefer, one-on-one, personal training is the way to go. We start with a consultation, and then take a body fat analysis and blood pressure, reading, assess your fitness and strength levels, and print the results for you to take with you. This is a great way to track your results. Choose from 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week, and as you reach your short-term goals, we’ll continue to challenge you to prevent a plateau in your program.

Semi-Private Personal Training
Don’t want to come by yourself? Do you need a workout buddy to hold you accountable? Bring a friend—or two! Help keep the cost down by sharing your session. A semi-private personal program will work for 2 to 4 people, as long as the goals of each participant are similar.

Sport Specific Training
Are you involved in competitive sports, or just competitive in life? No matter the sport, Michael designs targeted programs for the athlete or competitor in all of us. These sessions involve specific and non-specific movements related to the demands of that particular sport. Rotational strength, quickness, power, explosiveness, agility, balance, and speed are just some of the elements improved in this intense training program.

Cardio-Specific Training
Starting with a VO2 Max Test, Michael will show you how to use interval training to get the most out of your cardio work, making sure you train to the best of your abilities. In other words, he trains you to train yourself! An economical way to get all the tools you need for success!

Adult Performance Class
Does your spin class make you feel like you’re just spinning your wheels? Tired of the ups and downs in step classes? Does a boot camp just not sound like a whole lot of fun to you?

The Adult Performance Group Fitness class is a fun, full-body work out that changes daily, so you’re never bored. A 1-hour class starts with movement prep, a 20-minute warm-up and flexibility session to get your body ready for movement; We follow that with a power-packed 20-minute strength session that engages the entire body, including the core. Finally, the hour wraps up with a 20-minute ESD session.. ESD stands for Energy System Development, and it will vary on a daily basis.

You only get out of it what you put into it, so ANYONE can benefit from it. For every movement given, there is a progression for people that need to take the intensity up a notch. Conversely, if the movent is too difficult, there is also a modification that can be done until you're able to take it up a notch. As your fitness level increases, we’ll increase the intensity for maximum results. Or you can simply come workout more often.
